Pennsylvania man charged with murder, dumped body in Maryland

A Pennsylvania man is accused of murdering a man with whom he shared a home and dumping his body in Maryland.

Shane Bradley was arrested on Tuesday in Greensboro, North Carolina, according to a press release from the Pennsylvania State Police. In connection with the event, he was charged with criminal homicide, kidnapping, wrongful restraint, discharging a fireman into an occupied structure, and tampering with evidence.

According to officials, he will be extradited to Pennsylvania.

According to a press statement from the Pennsylvania State Police, law enforcement in Hagerstown, Maryland notified troopers on December 17 after the body of 20-year-old Isiah Clark was discovered in Terrapin Park in Hagerstown. According to officials, he died as a result of a lethal gunshot wound.

According to state police, two ladies called 911 and told officers in Maryland that the shooting occurred in Pennsylvania on Ditto Road in Franklin County.

According to police, Bradley, Clark, and the two ladies lived at a house on Ditto Road. Bradley and Clark had a “minor” disagreement at the house before Bradley fatally shot Clark, according to the state police news release.

Bradley, 31, is accused of forcing another man to assist him in loading Clark’s body into a vehicle. The 31-year-old then allegedly pushed the two women and the male into the vehicle “while under duress” before heading to Terrapin Park to dispose of the body.

According to authorities, Bradley and the male fled the scene, while the two women were released. The unnamed male was later discovered uninjured by Maryland State Police.
