PALTZ NEWS: Earlier this month, the Ulster BOCES Career & Technical Center’s young professionals won an astounding eight first-place, sixteen second-place, and eleven third-place medals in the 2024 NYS SkillsUSA Regional Competition. The Onteora Central School District’s young professional Bryce Buntyn was chosen as the Area IV Vice President State Officer and National Delegate.

These young professionals were among the over 300 participants from all around the region who came to exhibit their abilities in 38 distinct work-related categories, such as CNC milling, automated manufacturing, interviewing, extemporaneous speaking, and many more.
