Worst Small City to Live in Massachusetts

Reading is in Middlesex County, which is 16 miles north of the middle part of Boston.

The story also said that Reading got 38 points for being affordable, 20 points for being economically healthy, 206 points for education and health, 586 points for quality of life, and 164 points for safety.
