Hoovler announces 15th major drug trafficking case

GOSHEN In yet another significant drug trafficking case, an Orange County grand jury indicted four persons, including a father and son.

District Attorney David Hoovler named the defendants as Lester Zaborski, 51, of the Bronx and his son Tyler, 26, of Chester, James Baltimore, 36, of Chester, and Antonio Bucci, 28, of Chester, who was recognized as a key trafficker.

District Attorney David Hoovler of Orange County stated that this was his office’s fifteenth significant case involving human trafficking.

We looked into it for a year and found that they were trafficking drugs for more than $75,000 a month, which makes it a noteworthy drug case, he said. This is exactly the kind of scenario I mentioned earlier, wherein we will keep up our aggressive efforts to combat large-scale drug trafficking in Orange County, especially when it involves firearms. This case involves the use of firearms.

Bucci faced allegations of conspiracy, substantial trafficking, and other associated offenses. In lieu of a $500,000 cash bail, a $1 million completely secured bond, or a $2 million partially secured bond, he was remanded to the county jail.

Lester Zaborski was placed under remand on the same bail/bond after being charged with conspiracy and narcotics possession. The same offenses were brought against his son as well, and he was placed under arrest on a $350,000 cash bond, a $1 million completely secured bond, or a $2 million partially secured bond.

Baltimore was placed in remand without bond after being accused of narcotics possession, conspiracy, and two charges of possessing guns.
